This past weekend was spent with my parents in Winder. It is so neat to see my mom and dad as grandparents. It's a total transformation. And I was wondering to myself yesterday what it was about babies that makes us love them completely the moment we lay eyes on them? They are so precious. My dad spent a lot of time with Benjamin yesterday. We call him "Papaw". It makes me miss my papaw.
Anyway. Benjamin laughs and smiles a LOT. And coos. He is just so precious and social. He's definitely taking after Carl with the social bit.
I love being a mommy, but I am exhausted. I should go take a nap.
